# French for PR guides

French4PR has 4 guides on French test centres, schools, courses and online tutors for immigration language points, mainly Canadian Express Entry, grouped by country.

## Canada

- [French language rules for Canadian Express Entry](https://french4pr.com/guides/french-language-canada-express-entry.md): Express Entry awards additional CRS points for strong French and runs category-based draws for French-speaking candidates who reach NCLC 7 in all four abilities.

## General

- [Common mistakes when choosing a French provider](https://french4pr.com/guides/common-mistakes-french-provider.md): Booking a test before you are ready, relying on one provider for everything and trusting a single price without checking the official page are the most common mistakes.
- [How to choose a French provider for Canadian PR](https://french4pr.com/guides/how-to-choose-french-provider.md): Match your goal to the right kind of provider: official test centres for exam sessions, schools and courses for classroom learning, and online tutors for remote preparation from anywhere.
- [How to read a French provider listing](https://french4pr.com/guides/how-to-read-a-listing.md): A listing shows the provider type, tests offered, formats, languages, levels and exam fee. Each fact names the provider page it came from and the date it was checked.

> **Not immigration advice.** French4PR is a directory of French test centres, schools and tutors, with free tools that restate public government tables. It is not an immigration consultant, not a law firm and is not affiliated with any government. Nothing on this site is immigration advice, and no listing or tool can promise a score, an invitation to apply or a visa. Rules and draw categories change: always check the official source named on each tool and listing before you act or pay. To report a mistake, write to hello@french4pr.com.
